   - S2 Architecture / Interior Design
   - Single, max 30 years old
   - Skilled in Autocad 2D/3D, 3D Max
   - Able to work under pressure
2. Project Coordinator
   - S1/STM graduated from relevant field
   - Single max 30 years old
   - Able to work under pressure
   - Have own vehicle is preferable
3. Administration Staff
   - SMEA / D3 graduate
   - Skilled in Microsoft Office
   - Must be fulent in English
   - Female, Single, max 23 years old
