1. Project Service Superintendent (Code : PSS)

This is senior staff position based in Jakarta Office, reporting to Development Manager, responsible to manage PT. AI’s Construction projects using sound engineering and project management principles, to ensure project objectives are achieved with an agreed budget performance/quality/time schedule and delivered product.

Qualification are encourege to apply :

• Min. S1 degree in Civil Engineering
• Having min 5 years experience as Project Coordinator preferable from mining company.
• Able to use Microsoft Project for Project palnning and controlPreferably able to use Structural analysis software such as Spacce Gass or SAP, and CAD Software such as Autocad or Land development.

2. Legal Manager (Code : LM)

This is a senior staff position based in Jakarta Office, reporting to General Manager legal. He/she is responsible for monitoring anticipating and handling all litigation process and siputes related to operation, manpower and business of PT. Arutmin Indonesia and providing legal advise in order to ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualification are encourege to apply :

• Min. S1 Degree in Law
• Having 10 years working experience in a law firm or related industry, especially in handling litigations.
• Familiar with corporate legal activities.
• Good understanding in all relevant law and regulations, especially in mining and forestry law is more prefereable.
• Good in negotiation and lobbying.

General requirements :

• Computer literate (MS Word, Excell, Power Point)
• Strong leadership skill and people management, capable to work with minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure.
• Good communication skills in Indonesia and Englist both written and oral, computer literate in Microsoft Office Programs.
• High integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.
• Have a good interpersonal relationship, have a high commitment to PT. AI standards in environtment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
