Requirements :

• Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others with succesfull track record.
• Balanced sales effort involving sales skills and product knowledge / problem solving and solution skills with excellent ability to penetrate accounts, contacts and build relationships with customers and partners in the region.
• High level of communication skills, both written and oral / excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills. Consultative selling experience, able to position solutions at an executive level. Interaction with C level players.

Spesific for a & b :

• Experience in sales of technology solutions to enterprise customers, both directly and indirectly.
• Bachelor degree or above with a minimum of 7 – 10 (large accounts) / 5-7 (territory) years experience in sales of global IT leaders technology and / or business solutions in the region.

Spesific for c :

• Experience in solution selling into Financial Services Industry.
• Bachelor degree or above with a minimum 5 years applicable experience including 3 years of sales experience.

Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, with preferably on OCP or equivalent professional certification.
• A minimum of 5-8 years experience in the information technology industry with at least 3 years in thecnical pre sales support roles for major software and/or hardware vendorr or System Integrator.
• Experience in the professional services industry or with IT consulting companies preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the advantage of Oracle technology to senior business and technical decision makers as well as front line technologists.
• Exceptional leadership skills, customer service focus and proven strategic planning, risk analysis and business justification experience.
• An individual who is a self starter, who can take ownership of opportunities, working independently and / or by assembling and leading Oracle partners, other Technical Spesialists and Oracle consultant as needs.
• English Language Fluency.

Product specific for d :

• Extensive hands on experience with at least one major relational database (Oracle Teradata, DB2, Sybase, Informix, SQL Server) especially with features related to scalability, performance, high availability abd security.
• Excellence knowledge of database best practices, performance tuning & information life cycle management.
• Excellent working experience of SQL, PL/SQL.

Product specific for e :

• Excellence knowledge and experience in solution areas of J2EE, Web services & internet, Jdeveloper, ADF, Toplink, BPEL Process Managet, Portal, Discoverer, ESB, Wireless, Identity Management.
• Excellence knowledge and experience in Technology Standards such as J2EE, XML, UDDI, WSDL, SOP, BPEL and portlet.
• Possess knowledge and experience in technology architectures : SOA, ESB, EDA.

Product specific for f :

• 5 or more years IT industry experience and/or HR background.
• Oracle and competitor HCM application solutions experience is essential.
• Ability to analyze and document potential customers requirements and position Oracle HCM application solution to address such needs.
