Qatargas looking for Maintenance and Logistics Personnel :
1. Offshore Maintenance Engineer
Provides support for the Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument maintenance of field equipment. Contributes to the overall planning & execution of major shutdowns. Provides technical advice to Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument Supervisors.
Qualifications :
- Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument Degree.
- 5 years in the oil and gas industry preferably with offshore related experience in fields of design, operation, commisioning and startup.
2. Offshore Maintenance Planner
Coordinates and participates in maintenance work planning for all regular and scheduled preventive maintenance, defect repair and modification activities of offshore facilities.
Qualifications :
- Completion of Secondary education with trade training in an engineering discipline.
- 8 years maintenance experience in an oil or gas process plant, including site activities and planning experience.
3. Logistic Officer – Marine
Plans, oversees and controls marine operations supporting Company offshore. Performs vessel On & Off-Hire. Initiates and follows up on various marine contracts. Directs marine vessel loading and unloading operations.
Qualifications :
- Completion of Secondary education with formal training in Business Administration.
- 5 years in marine offshore support position.
- Varied experience in handling materials, equipment, and logistic activities in supporting offshore Oil & Gas operations.
