Qualifications :

  • D3/S1 degree relevant to the position from a reputable university.
  • Demonstrated and excellent cooking skills in Asia and European Food (SC/MD).
  • Understand the recipe, preparation process, concept/design menu and product development (MD).
  • Demonstrated excellent communication & presentation skills in English (other foreign language would be beneficial), out going personality, open minded and attractive performance (ACSM).
  • Having experience in manage Man Power Development, Industrial Relation, HRIS and Indonesia Labor Law (AHRM).
  • Posses a good knowledge regarding ISO Management, Enviromental Issue, Electrical and AC-Refrigerator (ACE).
  • Having experience in managing and controlling QA, QC, ISO 9001-2000 & HACCP activities preferably in food industry (AQAM).
  • Recent graduate from reputable university GPA min 2.75 and focused on fostering innovation (MT). 

General Requirements:

  • Min 3 years experience in the similar same position with Five Star Hotel or Hospitality Industry (1 s/d 6).
  • Willing to work on shift and posted in all branches .
  • Good leadership and able to managing people.
  • Good command in English and able to operate computer.
