The Company is the property development arm of a well diversified group with growth plans. The Group is a leading hospitality player with prominent hotels and resorts in Indonesia and Malaysia and is expanding in the region.
We have an immediate vacancy for a Site Manager of a 6-star hotel resort development in Bali, which is under construction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Manager, the candidate will :

• Manage all aspects of a large and complicated building with very high finishing standards.
• On a daily basis direct all the resources, quality control, facilities, and apply disciplined management to the main contractor and nominated contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Engineering (Civil, Architecture) or equivalent.
• Male between 35 – 45 years of age.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in building constructions.
• Possess knowledge of all building disciplines, structures, M&E, finishies, lanscape.
• Must be fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and has good command of English.
• Must be organized and meticulous, possess good computer and communications skills, highly numerate and proactive. An individual who is independent, pleasant and self motivated.
• Able to multitask, dependable, highly organized, detail orientes and a good team player.
• Proficienly in all Microsoft Office computer program applications plus Microsoft Project Management, or other project management software.
• Is willing to be stationed in Bali, initially.
• Travel to Malaysia on a regular basis will be required.
