We are an integrated palm-based consumer company under the one of well – established conglomerate in Indonesia. Due to our aim to become the prominent edible palm-based consumer player in the global market, now we are recruiting highly caliber individuals to fill in our open position as :

 

1. Product Manager (PM)

• Male/Female, 28 – 38 years old
• Bachelor Degree from any manjor, Food Technology is an advantage
• Min 3 years experience in marketing area, preferably from food industry
• Excellent knowledge & skill in brand management, sales & promotion, coordinating with agencies, brand launches & handling complaint for industrial customer 

2. Promotion Manager (PRM)

• Female, 24 – 30 years old & Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably in Marketing or Communication
• Min 3 years experience in marketing or promotion area. Preferably from FMCG
• Excellent knowledge & skill in promotion management (promotion material, ATL or BTL, etc) 

3. Trader (TRO)

• Male/female, 25 – 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Marketing, Master Degree is an advantage
• Min 3 years experience in related field (export – import trading jobs) & having a solid networking (domestic & international) 

4. International Business Manager (IBM)

• Male/Female
• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Min 5 years experience in export sales (preferably from FMCG / Food Industry)
• Excellent knowledge & skill in international/export sales & marketing 

5. Area Sales Manager (ASM)

• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Willing to be posted in Semarang, preferable domicile in Semarang
• Min 3 years experience as Area Sales Manager in FMCG Industry, handling distribution & traditional market with covered area Central Java (including Yogyakarta) 

6. Key Account Supervisor (KAS)

• Male, 23 – 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Min 2 years experience as Key Account in FMCG Industry (preferable food)
• Willing to be posted in Jakarta / Semarang / Yogyakarta / Medan / Bali 

7. Business Controller (BC)

• Male / female, 25- 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree majoring Accountancy
• Min 3 years experience in big accounting firms, SAP knowledge is preferable 

8. Project Engineer (PE)

• Male, 27 – 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Mechanical / Electrical
• Min 4 years experience in manufacturing or bulking or development project 

9. Internal Auditor (IA)

• Male/Female, max 29 years old
• Bachelor Degree from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• 3-6 years experience as International Auditor in big accounting firms or in FMCG company (distribution or principal) 

10. Project Lead SAP Financial – FICO (SAP FICO)

• Min 3 years in SAP Applications in SAP Financial with min 1 year of Lead / Project Mgt experience
• Min 2 – 3 cycles of implementation experience 

11. SAP Specialist CO (SAP – CO)

• Min 1 year in SAP Applications in SAP CO, Min 1 cycle of implementation experience 

12. Project Lead SAP Logistic – MM, QM, PP, PM (SAP LOG)

• Min 3 years in SAP Applications in SAP with min 1 year of Lead/Project Mgt experience
• Min 2 – 3 cycles of implementation experience 

13. SAP Specialist MM (SAP MM)

• Min 1 year in SAP Applications in SAP MM
• Min 1 cycle of implementation experience 

General Requirements

• Good analytical skill, strong leadership, integrity & team work
• Willing to travel is essential
• Must be excellent command in English. Mandarin or other language is advantage
• Computer literacy & good interpersonal skill
