• Recruitmen, Selection, Training & Development
• Male/Female, age max 28 years old
• S1 Psychology, familiar with psychological test
• Having exp min 2 years at the same field 

QA ISO Center (QAC)

• Male, age max 30 years old
• D3 Engineering
• Understanding ISO/TS 16949-2002
• Having exp min 2 years at the same field 

QA/QC Supervisor (QS)

• Male, age max 30 years old
• D3/S1 Mech. Engineering
• Familiar with ISO/TS 16949-2002
• Having exp min 3 years at the same field 

QA/QC Member (QM)

• Male/Female, age max 27 years old
• SLTA/SMK/D3 statistik
• Having exp min 2 years at the same field 

Maintenance Engineer (ME)

• Male, age max 30 years old
• D3/S1 Mech./Elect. Engineering
• Familiar with TPM, CAD, CAM 

Cost Accounting (CA)

• Male/female, age max 35 years old
• D3/S1 Accounting, familiar with SAP program
• Having exp min 2 years in costing manufacturing comp.

PPIC Dept. Head (PPD)

• Male, age max 35 years old
• S1 Industrial Technology
• Capability in scheduling
• Having exp min 3 years in PPIC 

PPIC Staff (PPS)

• Male, age max 35 years old
• D3/S1 Mech. Engineering / Mgt Informatika / Statistik
• Capability in scheduling
• Having exp min 2 years in PPIC 

Production Engineer (PDE)

• Male, age max 28 years old
• D3/S1 Mech. Engineering
• Capability in material structure
• Familiar with CAD, CAM 

Purchasing Staff (PUS)

• Male/female, age max 30 years old
• D3/S1 Acc. / Management/Mech. Engineering
• Having exp min 2 years at the same field
• Sim A recommended 

IT Specialist (IT)

• Male, age between 24 – 32 years old
• S1 Computer Technology
• Having network certification
• Having exp. With network min 2 years 

General qualifications

• Able to operate computer (Word, Excell, Power Point)
• Good command of spoken and written in English
• Open and winning personality
• Energetic, good communiation
• All position willing to work in Karawang area except RTD position in Surabaya
