We are establishing since 1973 in Property and Development Company which is mainly engaged in real estate/developer. Currently we are expanding our business and looking for candidates to fill vacant positions below :

1. Senior Project Officer (SPRO)

• Male, max age 35 years old.
• Min Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, foreign university is an advantage.
• At least 10 years working experience in related field.
• Previous expperience in High Rise Residential and Commercial Buildings.
• Experience in coordination multiple consultants during design phase.
• Oversee architectural design/documentation team with detail desigm resolution.
• Able to work well in a team environment and communicate in English.
• Auto Cad experience 3D capability an advantage.

2. Graphic Designer (GD)

• Male/female, max 30 years old.
• Minimum Diploma in graphic design.
• Experience in Interior Design or related field.
• Able to do perspective with 3DMAX/Auto CAD/Photoshop/Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop, Corell Draw and all program in graphics, etc.
• Good personality, creative thinking service mind character and accurate.
• English oral and written.
• Ability to color-match and to understand and work fast.
• Ability to create and develop new ideas and to produce different design alog same themes.
• Able to work as a team.

3. Junior Marketing Manager (MM)

• Male/Female, age above 30 years old.
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
• Min 5 – 8 years working experience in property or high end product.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Self motivated, creative, energetic, excellent leadership and relationship building skill.
• Ability to lead sales & marketing team with aggressive sales target.
• Capable of developing marketing strategic and promotion plans.
• Capable of building productive teams.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both oral and written is an advantage.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excell, Outlook, Power Point.

4. Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM)

• Male/Female, age below 27 yeard old.
• Min Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
• Have 4 years working experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Self motivated, creative, energetic, and relationship building skill.
• Capable of achievement Sales target.

5. Marketing Representatives (MR)

• Male/female, age bwlow 25 years old.
• Min Diploma Degree in Marketing.
• Have min 1 year of proven and demonstrated track record of sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Good appearance, self motivated, creative, energetic, and ambitious toward goals and target.
• Capable of achievement sales target.
