1. Vice President HRD (VP HRD)

Qualifications :

• Male, minimum age 40 years.
• Minimum university graduate.
• Minimum 8-10 years experience of being Head in Human Resources Management and Development.
• Expert in Labor Law.
• Experience in Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Remuneration Management, General Affairs and Industrial Relations.
• Self motivated individual with ability to communicate with all levels of management.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

2. Documentation & Licensing Manager (DL MGR)

Qualifications :

• Male, minimum age 30 years.
• University graduate in Agriculture / Law.
• Minimum 5 years experience in land acquisition and business licensing in palm oil plantation.
• Strong human relations and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.
