We are a part of Sinarmas Group - Financial Services Division with rapidly expanding operation all over Indonesia, needs bright and highly selt motivated candidates as:

1. Management Trainee (MT)
2. Operational Trainee (OPR-S)
3. IT Staff (IT)
4. Financial Advisor (FA)
5. Compliance Dept Head (CDH)
   

General Requierements:

• Good appeareance with good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Able to work in WIndows and MS Office environtment.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Opened for fresh graduate.
  

Specific Requirements:

• The candidates will bes trained as Manager in our Branches trought our Officer Development Program (ODP) (No.1).
• Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia (No.1).
• S1 Degree from all background with GPA 3,00 (No.1).
• The candidates will be trained as Back Office or Front Liner, depend on their capabilities (No.2).
• Willing to be placed in every cities in Indonesia depend on your homebased (No. 2,4)
• Min D3 Accounting, GPA 2,75 (No. 2).
• Having capability in the related field such as IT Quality Assurance, Data Center Operation, MIS, Switching & System Integration, ATM & Card Management Engineer, JAVA Developer & IT Administration (No.3).
• Havae experience in funding marketing in banking / financial industry are preferable (No. 4).
• Willing to work with target and having a wide customer base in the placement area (No, 4)
• Have own vehicle are preferable (No.4).
• Min D3 from all background (No.4).
• Having experienced in the related are min 3 years, S1 degree from all background (No. 5).
